When do I need to pay for my order?
With online payments, the charge is made directly during the order process.
Upon advance payment, production will begin once the payment has been received.

Your invoice will be automatically sent via email to the address you provided once your order is completed.
Additionally, you can conveniently download your invoice at any time from your customer account.
Should you not receive an email, please also check your spam folder or contact us – we will be happy to resend the invoice.
How much does shipping to Austria cost?
We offer free delivery on orders over €250.
Below this order value, we charge a shipping flat rate of €9.90.
How much is shipping to Germany?
Delivery is free of charge on orders over €400.
Included in this, we will charge a flat shipping fee of €19.90.
How much is shipping to Switzerland?
We will be happy to inform you of the shipping costs to Switzerland on request. Please note that customs or import duties may apply.
How much does shipping to other EU countries cost?
Deliveries to other EU countries are also possible. Shipping costs are available on request.
