When do I need to pay for my order?
With online payments, the charge is made directly during the order process.
Upon advance payment, production will begin once the payment has been received.
Payment terms apply as stated for agreed invoice payments.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. Our shop uses modern security standards and encrypted data transmission (SSL) to protect your payment information as best as possible.

For which vehicles are the licence plate holders suitable?
Our licence plate holders are suitable for all common Austrian (and EU standard) licence plate formats.
They fit almost all cars, SUVs, vans and many other vehicle types.
If you are unsure, please contact us - we will be happy to help.
How is the assembly done?
Installation is simple and can be completed in just a few minutes:
- Remove old licence plate holder (if present)
- Fit the Evamatic system to the existing fixing points
- Insert the licence plate and close the locking system (sliding lock or hinged frame)
Detailed assembly instructions are included.
Do I need special tools?
No. A screwdriver is usually sufficient for installation.
No special tools are required.

Are the licence plate holders weatherproof?

Yes, Evamatic licence plate holders are designed for automatic car washes and can also withstand high-pressure cleaners.
How does the ordering process work?
The Evamatic process is as simple as that.
Select product
First select the licence plate holder that you would like to order printed.
- Create design
Design your licence plate holder in the online configurator - just the way you want it. You can upload text, logos or your own graphics.

You have the option of conveniently sending us your finished graphic file using our upload function.
The corresponding print templates are available for you to download directly from the respective product. This ensures that your design is optimally prepared and a perfect print result is achieved.
If you are happy with the design, add the product to your shopping basket.

If you are unable to design your own layout or upload a finished print file, our graphics department will be happy to design it for you.
Simply send us your logos, fonts and text requirements by e-mail.
On this basis, our graphics department will create up to three customised print proposals for you.
This service is charged once at € 35.00.
You will, of course, receive the print proposal as a PDF file to your e-mail address for approval prior to production release.

Select your preferred payment method and confirm the terms and conditions. - Send order
After completion, your order and your print data will be sent to us. - Production & dispatch
After receiving your order, we carefully check your print data.
As soon as everything is correct and ready for printing, we release your design for production.
Your customised number plate holders are then produced to a high standard and securely packaged.
We will then dispatch your order to the delivery address you have specified.
You will of course receive a dispatch confirmation so that you can track when your parcel is on its way to you at any time.
What is a vector file?
A vector file is a graphic file that does not consist of individual pixels, but of mathematically calculated lines and shapes.
The big advantage:
Vector graphics can be enlarged or reduced as required without losing quality. This ensures razor-sharp print results - regardless of the size.
Vector files are particularly important for printing licence plate holders, as logos and fonts can be displayed precisely and cleanly.
Typical vector file formats are:
- .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
- .eps
- .svg
- .pdf (if saved vectorised)
Files such as .jpg, .png or .bmp, on the other hand, are pixel files and are only suitable for high-quality print results to a limited extent.
If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, please send it to us in advance - we will check it for you.
Does Evamatic also take care of the design creation?
Yes!
Our in-house graphics department can create customised print proposals for you on request. You will receive PDF previews for approval before production.
Will I receive a preview before production?
Yes.
If you use our graphics service, you will receive a proof for approval before production starts.
We will only start production after your confirmation.
Can I make changes to my order at a later date?
Changes are only possible as long as your order is not yet in production.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
How long does production take?
The licence plate holders are usually produced within 10-14 working days (digital printing) and 21-30 working days (screen printing) after receipt of the order.
You will find the exact delivery time in the order process.
Does Evamatic also produce large quantities?
Yes, we realise both small series and large orders for car dealerships, garages, insurance companies and company fleets - always according to your specifications and on time.
Does Evamatic also deliver outside of Austria?
Yes. We deliver Europe-wide and to the USA and are happy to accommodate your individual requests.
Is an intra-community supply possible?
Yes, an intra-community supply within the EU is possible.
If you have a valid VAT identification number, the delivery can be made VAT-free in accordance with legal provisions.
Please provide your valid UID number during the ordering process. Your UID number will be checked automatically during the ordering process. If validation is successful, the invoice will be issued net accordingly.
What happens if my delivery arrives damaged?
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
We will quickly and straightforwardly take care of a solution.
Can I return my order?
As our products are custom-made and personalised number plate holders and printed products, there is no right of withdrawal.
Personalised or specially printed products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, as they are clearly tailored to your personal wishes and cannot be resold.
However, should your product arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately – we will naturally find a quick and fair solution.
